My emphasis is on the practical application of the law and educating clients throughout the process. Sometimes a client doesn’t need full representation. For those situations, Limited Scope Representation is also available. Limited Scope Representation is assistance specifically targeted and tailored to a particular legal issue or even assistance in filling out court forms. This type of representation saves the client money while teaching the self-help concepts of the legal system.
Initial consultations are often at no or low cost. As a potential client, we will use a brief telephone consultation to determine whether attorney and potential client are a good fit before entering into an attorney-client relationship. Office hours are Monday thru Friday from 7am to 6pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 12 noon.

Many services are at a flat rate, rather than an hourly rate.
Location:
The Tennyson Law firm serves the Twin Cities seven County Metro area. In person meetings can be at the Tennyson Law office or at a convenient location near you to fit your schedule.
